Job Description

With a head office in Hertfordshire you will have responsibility for work in an area ranging from Essex in the east, to schemes in Docklands & The Isle of Dogs and across to Reading.

An Engineering background and an ability to problem solve would ideally equip you to develop this sector of the business, whilst a considerable knowledge in this market must be evident from your current or previous employment. Primarily working on major earthworks and residential sites you would be expected to cover single large sites or a number of smaller ones at any one time, though these would be at different stages.

Projects vary from individual £1.5m - £4m private houses to phased 120 - 150 unit sites.
Ideally based north of the Thames your operating region would extend to cover jobs generally in a 50 mile radius of your home.

Salary in the £48 - £65,000 negotiable according to your experience plus a fully expensed vehicle. All candidates must be legally entitled to live and work in the UK to be considered. Ideally with a formal Engineering qualification or 7 years plus of practical experience, CSCS qualified, CITB Site Manager certified with a current First Aid certificate.
