Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a S106 Planning Obligations officers with one of Londons most prestigious bnorough councils. You will play a key role negotiating, managing and monitoring S106 and 278 agreements for major development schemes in the borough. Essential requirements are 1-2 years experience as a Development Control Officer in the UK or overseas.
