Are you looking for a Monday to Friday position? and straight shifts?
We are a 50 strong chain of Retail Restaurant/Cafes based at airports and shopping centres throughout the South of England. Each individual unit employs up to 30 people.
The company employs 700/800 people and has achieved an Investors in People accreditation. Progression within the company is available to ambitious individuals.
We are looking for high calibre Production Kitchen Administrator, currently working as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef with a strong background in Administration required for managing a large kitchen
You must be a qualified Chef, able to manage and supervise staff and organise and prioritise your tasks in a very busy environment.
Conditions:
Excellent salary
Straight shifts (5 days out of seven)
