Site Engineer / Agent x 2. This is a sound and expanding civils contractor based in Hertfordshire and they are currently seeking 2 experienced Engineers who wish to be trained up as Site Managers to run civils and groundworks contracts in the North London and Reading areas. Over the next 3 - 4 years our client will be responsible for the civils and groundworks packages involved in 16 sites throughout the region for this client.

We are looking for candidates from an engineering background who have had previous experience in groundworks and civils projects who would be capable of either running 2 or 3 sites at once with individual values of £0.5m to £0.75m or running larger jobs to £2.5 – 4m. These projects will be steadily released over the next few years, so continuity of work is assured.

Health & Safety is paramount on these projects and only candidates who are prepared to actively promote safety will be considered. The usual requirements of CSCS card and First Aid accreditation are expected as is a valid driving licence. You must be able to demonstrate a sound career path to date.

A £40,000 - £44,000 salary plus car, benefits and ongoing training is available with this successful company. Only candidates who are legally entitled to live and work in the UK will be considered.
