Job Description

Building Surveyor required that can carry out the following:

Measured Surveys.
Specification Writing.
Feasibility Reports.
Schedule of Conditions/Dilapidations.
Various Report Writing.
Diagnose Defects.
DDA Knowledge.
Asbestos Knowledge and Reports.
Liaison with Contractors, Clients and Outside Bodies.
Basic understanding of Building Services - Electrics, Sprinklers, A/C, HVAC.
Contract Administration of Commercial and Retail Fit Outs.
Project Management of Retail Fit Outs.
Able to produce Cost Estimates.
Must be proficient at Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office components
Confident Typing
CAD knowledge an advantage.
Team player and confident with clients.
Desirable if you are able to produce fee bids and market business.
Underground experience desirable as is retail fit out knowledge.
Ideally you will be Degree Qualified.
