Job Description
My client is residential care home specialising in the care of a specific cross section of the population during their twilight years. In the role of Unit Manager you will be leading a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that all residents are provided with the highest standards of nursing care, that all staff reporting to the post holder are instructed and supervised adequately in the delivery of nursing care, that good co-operation with all the departments involved with the residents is maintained and that the specific individual requirements of residents are catered for.
It is essential that you have previous Unit Management experience and have the drive commitment and leadership skills to succeed in this role. You will be fully responsible for the leadership and future development of all Nursing and HCA staff and will report directly to the Deputy Director of Nursing.
