Situated in Central London this is a £3.5m refurbishment project spread over 7 to 8 floors. The project is in week 12 of a 32 week programme and the client is seeking an energetic individual to take on the Assistant Agent’s role. Reporting directly to the Project Manager you will come from either a technical or trades background, with a minimum of 3 years practical site experience to date. Preferably with a refurbishment or building background you should have some formal Construction qualifications, be capable of clear oral and written communication, able to record accurately variations and amendments, skilled at reading and interpreting drawings, good timekeeper, seeking a career with an excellent company.
