Job Description
A London Borough requires an experienced asset manager to join on an interim basis with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. You will be responsible for running both the commercial team and the valuations/development team. The portfolio covers diverse property including commercial, residential, office, retail and landmark buildings. You will be MRICS qualified with at least 10 years experience in a similar corporate role.
