Job Description
My Oxfordshire based Council is looking to recruit Enforcement and Appeals Manager on a 6month contract.
Strong UK experience and substantial knowledge of appeals and enforcement laws and procedure is essential.
The successful candidate will have managed an enforcement, planning or similar team in the past and can demonstrate an ability to motivate team members to reach targets and performance.
In a more “hands-on” role this candidate will be expected to undertake and conclude more complex enforcement investigations including the preparation and presentation of the Council’s cases at appeal and/or act as the Council’s expert witness in the courts.
This hugely competitive rate reflects the location of the role.
