PRINCIPAL ESTATES SURVEYOR

Location: Kent

Duration: 3 Months, potentially extension

Rate: up to £27p/h

Assisting the Head of Property in the management division¸ you’ll be involved in the innovation¸ negotiation and monitoring of high profile developments. Acting as a professional adviser on project management¸ valuation and estate matters.

You’ll look to facilitate effective implementation of the disposal’s programme and key projects¸ including involvement in the Council’s major regeneration project.

Ideally RICS qualified with at least three years’ experience of general practice. A successful track record is key; you’ll need to demonstrate a high level of achievement in the implementation of development projects and valuation of property.

Excellent communication and liaison skills are essential.
