CORPORATE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR

Location: West End / London

Duration: 3Months / 37.5 hours p/w¸ potential extension

Rate: £20-25p/h

A leading independent commercial property consultancy and estate agency with a reputation built on its ability to provide a speedy¸ personal services to national and international clients are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Management Surveyor.

Based in the West End you will join an established management team to manage a large commercial portfolio with excellent asset opportunities available. The portfolio consists of offices¸ industrial and retail based around London and the South East.

Dealing with all aspects of property management for a variety of clients on mixed portfolios; you will be expected to deal with clients on a daily basis and be required to look at alternative solutions to day to day issues.

There will be a lot of autonomy and the opportunity to undertake professional work. Ideally a strong team player¸ lateral thinker with excellent communication and inter personal skills.

An immediate start is required.
