SENIOR ESTATES SURVEYOR

Location: Kent

Duration: 3 Months, potentially longer

Rate: £25p/h

This long established local authority is now seeking an experienced Estates Management Surveyor to oversee and assist a team of consultants; easing the heavy backlog due to an increased workload.
Experience / Qualifications required:

• MRICS
  
• Estates management
  
• Acquisition and disposal
  
• Liaise and coordinate a small team of external Valaution & Rating Surveyors
  
• Leases and licenses
  
• Local authority experience preferred¸ but not essential
  

You must be a confident and self-motivated surveyor¸ and have knowledge in a similar background¸ with the ability to hit the ground running.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this position
An immediate start for the relevant candidate is a strong possibility.
