RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR

Location: Hertfordshire, N London

Duration: 3-6 Months

Rate: £20-£25p/h

Our client is a firm of consultant surveyors that currently acts for a wide range of corporate clients¸ as well as for private individuals and residential management companies.

Reporting to a director who is currently Head of Management¸ the successful candidate will be expected to personally handle a portfolio of residential management properties made up of block managements as well as short term AST’s.

You will have experience of:

• Liaising with local letting agents
  
• Liaising with and reporting to clients (including tenant owned management companies)
  
• Arranging lettings and sales of vacant units
  
• Assured shortholds and statutory rent re registrations
  
• Service charge budgeting
  
• Maintenance and repair
  
• Tenant correspondence
