The Role

Working as a Quantity Surveyor within a strong commercially savvy team, you will have the opportunity to grow skills with projects that make you proud.

Entering as a junior member of the team allows you to receive training and develop your skills to expert level.

Your skills will extend beyond crunching number, as you will be involved with projects from the initial stages right through to completion. This is a great opportunity to extend yourself and be of real value to a respectable organisation.

The role includes a mixture of estimating and all the standard QS duties

Tendering and financial documentation

Project administration, servicing, scheduling and final accounting

Making snap judgements on the quantity of materials needed.

Working on Varied multi-story construction projects

You must be degree qualified preferably with a major in Quantity Surveying

You must have up to 2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor having been involved in commercial and multi-story construction projects.

You must a work permit or an ancestral visa giving you rights to work in the UK
