Job Description
ESTATES SURVEYOR
Location: Northamptonshire
Duration: 3-6 Months, potentially longer
Rate: up to £25p/h
An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated MRICS Surveyor. You will be dealing with:
- Property reviews and disposals
- Value a mixed use portfolio
- Advise on which properties to sell
- Liaise and deal with any barriers regarding the disposal¸ and bring the property to the market
- General estate management
Experience within a local authority estates department would be beneficial¸ but not essential.
Excellent communication skills¸ together with good interpersonal skills are essential. Good literacy skills are required alongside the ability to produce concise accurate written reports.
An immediate start for the relevant candidate is a strong possibility.
