ESTATES SURVEYOR
Location: Cambridgeshire
Duration: 11 Months
Rate: £21-25p/h
One of the UK largest land owners has an immediate requirement for an experience Estates / Disposals Surveyor to work within a dedicated team delivering estate management across a varied portfolio¸ principally within East Anglia region.
The work is diverse and applicants should have experience in:
- Estate management
- Acquisition & disposals
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Landlord & tenant work
- Attend work services meetings
The ideal candidate will strive to achieve results; have the ability to communicate and influence; solve problems a take decisions.
