Job Description
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
Location: West End / London
Duration: 3-6 Months / 37.5 hours p/w
Rate: up to £22 p/h
A fast but solidly growing large privately owned Property Company in Mayfair is looking for someone to assist the UK Property Manager with the management of an expanding commercial portfolio.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of LL&T¸ commercial leases¸ service charges¸ rent reviews and lease renewals.
The ideal candidate must be personable¸ be flexible and adopt a ‘hands-on’ approach to management. Must be able to work on you own initiative and embrace the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility.
An immediate start is required.
