A small dynamic developer is currently recruiting for a freelance Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor for a 2 year contract. The role is office based in Surrey and the successful applicants will work on a number of Sites ranging up to £2 million in value.Applicants should come from a solid Developer or Main Contractor background with previous housing experience.
