Job Description
A Senior Project Architect is required to run a new team of 8 people.
The buildings have been designed to be converted into Resedential properties - each being a value of £500K - £1.5M. As a collective sum the Senior Project Architect will be running a £7 - £8M scheme in this conservation area. There are 8 properties to be converted in all.
A solid amount of experiecne is required for this post as it envolves a lot of co-ordination, planning and management. Ideally from a Conservation back ground, although Neil will look at other high-end res backgrounds. The right candidate will have good AutoCAD skills and be ambitious. This is an ideal opportunity to get in with a great multi-disciplinary company.
Ideally the Project Architect will start within 2 months - given expected notice period. The position is to work right away.
