PROPERTY INVESTMENT MANAGER – OFFICE

Location: Central London

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: £25-£35 p/h¸ depending on experience

Our Client¸ a top tier Investment Managers¸ requires an Associate Director / Property Investment Manager in their office investment team.

You will provide support management of the provincial assets of various clients in line with agreed strategies. Activities will include acquisitions¸ sales¸ asset management and internal reporting.

The role will involve working closely with senior members of the team¸ initially assisting with the management of a portfolio of commercial properties throughout the UK but looking to build on this with direct responsibility for their own portfolio. Good communication skills are essential for nurturing client relationships and maximising tenant satisfaction.

The key responsibilities and aspects of this role will include:

• Efficiently manage allocated portfolio to maximise values in accordance with clients’ objectives.
  
• Ensure market-facing contact to ensure sector knowledge and to actively secure investment opportunities and maintain company profile.
  
• Production of reports and other information as required
  
• Promote appropriate relationships with Client Managers and other members of the Property Department.
  
• Assist and support the Director¸ Central London and other team members when required
