RESIDENTIAL VALUATION SURVEYOR
Location: West End¸ London
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: Up to £27 p/h
A top 5 practice are looking for a residential valuer to join the residential department that provides a broad range of advice on professional services including valuation¸ development and investment.
The key responsibilities and aspects of this role will include:
- The valuation of residential property in the mid and uppermost sectors¸ for lending purposes
- The valuation of development properties and investment portfolios
- Client liaison
Your skills & knowledge will include:
- Experience of valuing residential property
- Development appraisals an advantage
- Appreciation of the planning system and requirements from a development perspective
- Detailed understanding of property and residential development markets
The ideal candidate will able to build relationships, offer a seamless service to clients and be commercially minded.
