VALUATION SURVEYOR – RETAIL, OFFICE, INDUSTRIAL, HOTELS
Location: West End¸ London
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: Up to £27 p/h
This vacancy is within the European Valuation team of a major international consultancy. The team deal with a combination of portfolio and loan security work for major institutions¸ property companies and banks across a mixed section of assets and sectors including retail¸ office¸ hotels and industrial.
The work covers all major European countries with a focus on Germany¸ France and Spain; some European travel will be required.
The ideal candidate will able to build relationships¸ offer a seamless service to clients and be commercially minded.
