Currently working on phase one as it comes out of the ground you will be in place to take on further duties and responsibilities as the project moves into the RC frame phases.

The project involves basement excavation, cores and floors to multiple storey levels on linked structures, moving on to the external envelope, and in some areas the fit out. The end use will see this development exhibit residential, commercial, medical and support facilities.

You will have come from an engineering background with formal training and qualifications, a minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant site experience, having worked for either a groundworks contractor, an RC frame contractor or a main contractor who controls the construction process or a builder / developer. Your experience should preferably have been on projects exceeding £ 10 - 12m.

We are looking for an Engineer who is able to take on the responsibility and challenges that go with a busy site, and have the initiative to think and forward plan.

Current CSCS card essential and a First Aid certificate would be advantageous, but not obligatory. The site runs on a 5 ½ day week. The option is available for either a contract or a permanent role, and the client has a number of other schemes underway, in and around London, so continuity of work is available. Permission to live and work in the UK is essential.
