Job Description

The Position offers an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 6 - 8 years post qualification experience, achieved through working for a contractor or developer, to build on that experience and move forward with one of the foremost property developers in London.

The Company was established in Ireland from where they have expanded into the UK and latterly have moved into Europe. The senior management staff within the company have strong construction links and backgrounds giving them a distinctive edge over their competitors.
With many notable developments already constructed or under construction the company has work already in hand through to 2007 / 2008.

The buildings will be multi storey RC frames, some structural steel will be utilised on the upper floors for penthouses and premiere suites.

Your Background to date will involve education to tertiary level, ideally degree qualified with a Quantity Surveying bias, employment within the UK for a recognised and progressive contractor or developer, a clear indication that you are career and progress motivated.
