Job Description

You will be from an Engineering background for a new civils project near Heathrow. You must have worked on projects of £2m and above as the main person in charge of excavation and groundworks, as this will be an industrial shed on concrete bases with Holding Down bolts you will need to be able to set out accurately. There are adopted roads and you may require some traffic management skills, there is an ongoing dialogue with local and statutory bodies, so you must have good communication skills. Engineer trained with a relevant tertiary level qualification you will be comfortable working in the field and on site.

Current Requirement. Civils orientated Site Manager, from an Engineering background, able to run work on this £2.5m commercial project with a 36 week programme.

A salary package of £48k plus production bonuses, a car and full company benefits package are offered. Preferably with a 5 day CITB Managers qualification, First Aid and CSCS certified.
