Job Description
Post holder will be required to plan and deliver services to out-patients and provide therapy to patients living within the community to achieve/maintain a quality of life regardless of diagnosis and prognosis.
You will be providing a holistic Occupational Therapy assessment and diagnosis using a rehabilitation model that includes the physical, psycohological,social, emotional and spiritual aspects of that person. Post holder will need to actively identify goals, plan suitable OT intervention, deliver and evaluate OT service Provision.
Skills
Post holder must be HPC registered in the UK. You will also need to have a minimum of 1 year expereince within social services.
You will alos need to have manual handling training (however, BBT can provide this training). Post holder will need to be Senior 1 (band 7) or Senior 2 (band 6).
