Job Purpose
To undertake the provision of Town Planning advice.
Key Skills
Heritage Advise – covering 1,500 listed buildings
Planning Application is critical
Maximising asset value
Advising project and local planning authorities on consent regimes.
Planning policy process to secure commercial development opportunities.
This position will cover a large geographical area, which enables work to be very varied dealing with a breadth of projects and property portfolio worked on, so this opportunity is unique in the market place
