A very well regarded local authority is seeking a town planner who has experience in handling and managing a mixed caseload of minor applications from a variety of clients.

The candidate will have at approx. 6 months UK experience in assisting with the preparation of accurate and detailed reports on planning applications, duty planning responsibility and community consultation.

The successful candidate would also have experience in negotiations to achieve satisfactory proposals within the context of national, strategic and local policies, standards and guidelines. This role offers:
