RETAIL ESTATES SURVEYOR
Location: Hertfordshire
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: Up to £26
A leading retailer with circa 2000 stores nationwide are looking to recruit a Regional Estates Surveyor to effectively manage part of their portfolio.
The varied role will encompass all day to day management issues together with dealing with rent reviews and the disposal of surplus sites and properties.
You will have experience in property / estates management¸ preferably with a good understanding of the retail property.
You will be self-motivated¸ a lateral thinker with the ability to work autonomously and maximise
opportunities.
