Customer Service Manager – Ilford (Essex) - £26,000 – Imm. Start

We are a well-regarded Financial Services & Payroll company based in Essex (20 minutes drive from Central London), and have offices throughout the UK.

We have over 1200 clients, and have over 50 years experience in providing Payroll and more recently Human Resources and Financial Outsourcing Services to the corporate market.

Currently we have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Manager or an experienced Payroll Manager that wants to work in Customer Service.

The successful candidate will be preferably educated to degree standard, and have excellent People Management skills.
You will also have good communication skills, both verbal & written, be a natural organiser and computer literate, conversant with operating a department in line with agreed budgets and income targets.
Knowledge of TeamSpirit, whilst not essential, is very desirable. Must be flexible and be prepared to assist the payroll department in busy periods, i.e. towards the end of each month and at the year end and also to cover for holidays, sickness etc.
be in direct contact with the Customers and our Payroll Team, and charged with developing the accounts as part of a friendly and professional team.

It is essential that you are able to reach or are currently living within the Ilford area.
