Job Description
A chartered building surveyor is sought to join one of London’s most prestigious independent practices. Based in Mayfair, you will be working for private and professional clients, for landlords and management companies, both through direct instruction and through referral from other company departments.
Main duties will include:
- Refurbishment of a mixed portfolio.
- Dilapidations.
- Condition surveys and party wall matters.
The contract is for 3-6 months.
