Site Managers x 2 for Builders Works Packages. Our clients needs 2 Site Managers, from either a trades or an engineering background, with the ability to write Method Statements, Programme works and liaise effectively with the client on these 12 and 16 week projects, preferably with previous experience in the "cut and carve" type of work. These are ongoing packages of less than £1m forming parts of projects exceeding £5m and effectively the works form the enabling works for larger packages that our client is keen to secure.

The works entail general builders works incorporating different amounts of dry walling and partitioning, M & E, decorating and finishing trades with some external works, in one there is considerable opening up and exposure in an existing commercial structure that will allow the client the opportunity to plan and effect the next phases. Since the premises are occupied it is essential that you are aware of the need to create minimum disruption to the current occupants during the exploratory stages. These are builders works package, with some RC works involved.

The candidates we are looking for will have plenty of drive, a good command of English and be technically aware on a structural aspect with an ability to organise both direct and sub-contract labour and trades. You will probably have a minimum of 5 - 7 years site based experience to be able to fulfil this role.

The roles are offered as contract positions initially, though permanent position may be available if preferred. You must be legally permitted to live and work in the UK to apply for this post.
