Job Description
Director - Quality Improvement required for Management/Improvement Plan for the American Hospital Dubai (AHD). This role designed to assess and enhance procedure and processes toward improving the quality of patient care and the AHD administration, including infection control and risk management programs to provide surveillance, prevention and control of infection, reduce potential risk in the clinical and environmental aspects of patient care and ensure safety for patients and visitors, together with all employees and facilities within the hospital.
QUALIFICATION:
* Masters Degree in healthcare dministration or in a related field
* Extensive knowledge of JCAHO standards, CPHQ certified
* Thorough knowledge of TQM
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum 5 years of recent clinical experience in an acute care setting in a western hospital and three years recent experience in centre for quality management at the coordinator or director level in a North American acute care center or equivalent
