Job Description

Basic Function:

Performing and organising the daily work of the Ultrasound Section of the Medical Imaging Department. Monitoring patient flow and participating in the clinical work of the department. Supervision of staff under their control. The candidate will report directly to the Manager of Medical Imaging but will have supervised freedom for the daily activities of Ultrasound service.

Essential/Preferred Education & Experience:

* Four years post qualification experience in the Ultrasound Section of a large Diagnostic Imaging Department. Basic radiographic qualification is essential.

* North American qualification or equivalent.

* Current licensure/registration is required.
