Job Description

You will be working for a successful Demolition / Civils & Remediation contractor expanding in the London market with a turnover for 2005 / 2006 of £13.5m is actively seeking an enthusiastic and positive Quantity Surveyor.

Based in North London, covering a range of projects in London and the Docklands areas and around the northern M25, from schools to commercial, leisure to residential.

You will have relevant industry experience in Demolition / Civils / Remediation work, primarily in new build projects, but relevant experience in refurbishment would be acceptable, preferably for a contractor, and be prepared to work hard in a competitive field.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has already run projects to £2m-£3m alone, or been a number 2 on larger projects, and wants to take on the challenge, responsibility and rewards associated in progressing their career.
