An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sewerage/Wastewater Engineer to join my Client's team during an exciting period of change.

Tasked with the development of a new business area, this Senior Sewerage Engineer job will suit an individual with a strong technical grounding, but who is seeking to further develop their career in to the management side.

You will have 2 years plus years industry experience. Although previous UK experience in not mandatory for the position, a solid understanding of the UK regulatory industry would be a distinct advantage. You should be familiar with operational problems relating to sewerage, and be familiar with taking projects through from feasibility stage, through to detailed design and delivery to the Client. In your capacity as Senior Sewerage Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design work of a more junior team of engineers, and delivery of projects to the Client. You should therefore have excellent communication and diplomacy skills. The Sewerage team is well-developed across the UK, so you will have the support and backing from a number of key players in the UK water industry.
