Job Description
We are well known in Cambridge for our fantastic service and luxurious accommodation, and recently we have been awarded “The best Hotel in Cambridgeshire”.
Currently we are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, who is very organised and methodical, open minded and friendly, with previous experience in Fine Dining (1 or 2 Rosettes), Banqueting and wedding experiences are a plus.
It is a 5-day out of 7 (45 hours per week) operation, working shifts can be straight or split depending on the business and including weekends.
Live in accommodation can be offered on provisional basis until the employee will relocate and find his/her own place to stay.
Annual salary of £18,000; 4 weeks paid holidays per year with a contributable Pension after 12 month.
The ideal candidate will report to the Restaurant manager, be fluent in English both written and spoken and be computer literate.
