Job Description

The Development Control Service of a London Borough is a high performance service that is looking to strengthen their development Control team by appointing enthusiastic and committed planners.

The person can be expected to handle varied caseloads of enquiries, applications and appeals. To prepare reports, planning briefs and appeal statements is required. Consultation and liaison with relevant officers within and outside the Council and the provision of impartial advice to applicants and members of the public will also form important elements in your work.

The contract is 6 months but can be agreed to be on going. Must hold a relevant professional qualification.
