We need adaptable and innovative people who will thrive on the challenge of making it happen.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the experienced Management Team in the Fostering & Adoption Service. You will manage one of the two Support and Development Teams, and will take the management lead on the training programme and mentoring schemes for Foster Carers.
You will need to demonstrate commitment to implementing care plans for looked after children, providing clear guidance and setting high standards for supervising social workers. A recognised social work qualification and GSCC registration is required.
