Job Description
My client is a highly reputed nursing home and is currently looking to recruit a Matron / Manager for their 39 bedded nursing home. The ideal candidate will be a RGN and have at least two year's experience within senior management and a background in the care of the elderly. A sound working knowledge of the CSCI legislation is a must and the ability to provide training, create care plans and manage staff is also important. This will be rewarded with an excellent Salary package and superb prospects.
