My client, a large private healthcare organisation is currently looking to recruit a Ward Manager for their new Adolescent Service. My client is developing a purpose built 90 bed hospital, which will offer a range of services including a secure adolescent unit. We are looking for a highly motivated RMN with a minimum of 18 months experience at Ward Manager level within a Child & Adolescent mental health service.

In particular, my client are keen to discuss the position with nurses holding direct experience of setting up a new CAMHS in-patient service as this role will lead the set up of this new 15 bedded dynamic service. Other responsibilities will include staff recruitment and retention, setting and meeting financial targets, working to deadlines and leading a committed team.
