Receptionist -5*Hotel - £12,750 – Oxfordshire – Immediate Start
We are a luxurious hotel located 20min drive from Oxford in the beautiful Cotswold countryside. Our award winning and luxurious hotel is one of the top boutique hotels in the UK Condé Nast Traveller USA, Voted us Number One Hotel in the British Isles in
2004. Our restaurant is a two Michelin star operation and has received many distinctions during to time it has been operating. The guest accommodation has been superbly competed with the finest interiors and amenities included for each guest.
Currently we require a receptionist with at least a years experience in a high class establishment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who is looking to get fantastic experience in one of the UK’s top boutique country hotels. You must have excellent standards in customer service an affable personality & a high level of English written and Spoken.
Your day to day duties will include
• Promoting the image of the hotel
• Checking guests in and out
• Maintain the appearance of front of house areas
• Maximise all sales through up selling
• Maintaining a high level of Customer service to guests
