Job Description
A blue chip, multi national financial services group are looking to recruit a senior analyst for their corporate real estate division. This lead role within the EMEA region will focus upon the evaluation of proposals for change projects in the corporate real estate arena. Need for formal decision governance committees and interaction with Regional COO level decision-makers in the internal client organisations. Duties will include monitoring and reporting on P/L impact of all property decisions taken at global and regional level, external benchmarking and performance reporting versus competitors and developing sophisticated planning and headcount resource management techniques. Candidates must be qualified accountants (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) and have relevant property sector experience. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to further their career within a market leading corporation.
