One of Europe’s most successful property asset management companies require a Senior Property Fund Accountant to head up a small fund accounting team responsible for European property. Candidates must be qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 3 years’ property experience. This commercially oriented role will focus on managing the financial success of over £1billion worth of commercial property investment, as well as ensuring that accounting practices and procedures are both efficient and transparent. Main responsibilities will include managing the preparation of quarterly and annual fund accounts, tax structuring and becoming involved in deal closing and carrying out due diligence on property acquisitions This role is ideally suited to ambitious property fund accountants looking to progress their career within a blue chip organisation.
