A successful commercial property company based in the west end require a Senior Property Management Accountant to be responsible for their flagship commercial property portfolio. The role will focus around the preparation of year end service charge accounts and include bank reconciliations, insurance and rent deposits administration and VAT reporting. The role will also involve reviewing property expenditure and producing reports for the use of line managers, surveyors and solicitors. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for tenants on the portfolio and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the portfolio, including reviews. The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to commercial property and working knowledge of property accounts and property VAT.
