Job Description
This established care home operates within a somewhat of a unique environment covering both elderly and also young dementia cases from clients across the London area. They are preferably looking to recruit an RGN who is also an RMN, if you aren't an RMN then you will have to sit the course for this upgrade as it were. The types of client range of 18 years - 65 and some patients have HIV related conditions hence the requirement for RGN status as well as RMN. This is a 60 bed nursing home with 85 staff involved in supporting this home. You will have CSCI regulation experience and will be responsible in the Managers absence for the entire site with another key manager.
