An exceptional opportunity has arisen for young, newly qualified accountants to launch their career within property funds at one of the worlds leading institutional investors. Based in central London, the role will have financial responsiblity for a number of property funds invested throughout mainland Europe and in offshore special purpose vehicles. In addition to the preparation of quarterly and annual fund accounts and assisting in fund tax structuring and budgeting, the role will involve deal closing on large scale property acquisitions. Candidates should either be commercially qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong property experience or from a ‘Top 4’ Accounting practice with an outstanding academic track record. Finalists with a minimum of 3 years’ property investment experience will also be considered. Working closely with global heads of finance and operations, this rare opportunity will establish the successful candidate as a high flyer within the industry
