Job Description
An outstanding Opportunity has arisen arisen for a freelance Development Control Officer to play a key role processing Major Strategic Planning Applications. You will be responsible for a case load of large scale mixed use residential and commercial schemes encompassing Tall Buildings (20 to 30 storeys) and new-build multi-unit developments. Essential requirements are 3-4 years experience as a Town Planner in the UK or overseas.
