A highly regarded property development company requires an experienced Development Accountant to work in their newly created west end office. Working closely with the Financial Controller, this wide ranging role will focus on the production of accounts for approximately 20 special purpose companies, set up to account for a wide array of high profile, central London residential property developments. Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent Excel skills and have at least 1 years’ experience in the property sector. This role represents an excellent opportunity for young ambitious individuals looking to progress their career, or an experienced individual seeking a role providing autonomy.
