Job Description
Our Local Authority client is looking for an experienced Town Planner who has a strong experience and interest in Major Applications.
The candidate will have at least 4 years UK experience in assisting with the preparation of accurate and detailed reports on planning applications, duty planning responsibility and community consultation. Previous management is desirable.
• Excellent team environment.
• Leading a team of 4 to 5 DC Planners
• Interesting major applications from a diverse range of clientele.
• Good pay rate in accordance to ability & experience.
